According to skin experts, pimples usually develop after blackheads or whiteheads have become infected. For some it normally caused by the hormones acting on the sebaceous glands and hair follicles. It can also cause by poor hygiene habits, lack of sleep, unhealthy lifestyle and hormonal imbalance. Hereditary can also play a major role. 1. Take vitamins regularly
Taking your vitamins daily will also help you achieve a healthy and glowing skin. I recommend you take vitamin E,C and A. Studies shows that vitamins and minerals when taken regularly, it gives a positively influence skin appearance making it healthy and beautiful. For instance vitamin A is proven to helps reduce sebum production, strengthens the protective tissue of the skin,repairs tissues and prevents acne. 2.Avoid eating junk foods
Teens and adults should also avoid eating junk foods or oily foods since they tend to affect your skin in a negative way. You should also avoid drinking as much as possible alcohol since they tend to dry and irritate your skin.

3. Drink 8 glasses of water daily

8. Avoid too much exposure on the sun

For women its best to use moisturizers with SPF to protect your skin from damaging. For men, they can also use sunscreen lotions or creams.
